Main missions:


  • Check of daily contacts on our Customer care tool (New & Open / Orphan / suspended)
  • Coordination between regional Customer services agents and the different hubs and internal teams involved
  • Help to manage TMA run tickets for the countries and region
  • On our ticketing tool
  • On our phone call tool
  • Regular review / update / improvement
- of the macros linked to AI recommendation / countries requests
- of the procedures

  • Tests new features...

Reporting:
Complete the monthly KPI CC report

Complete the monthly analysis comittee report

Monthly quality assessment of the agents and elaboration of the quality committee report

Ad hoc analysis


Profile:

Business school student or equivalent with at least 1 long-term internship

  • Customer focus
  • Ability to work in a team and with other teams
  • Ability to use tools and analyse figures
  • Openminded, adaptable and flexible
