- Actuellement en cursus scolaire Design UX (Licence ou Master, école d'ergonomie spécialisée dans les nouvelles technologies de l'information et de la communication, école de design ou master de psychologie ou sociologie) – vous avez une appétence pour les sujets de recherche utilisateur et les méthodologies de Design Thinking.
- Vous maitrisez les méthodes de UX Research
- Vous avez des connaissances en sciences humaines
- La maîtrise des logiciels métiers est un plus (Sketch, Figma, Marvel)
- Travaillant dans un contexte international, vous devez parler couramment l'anglais (B2).

Rattaché(e) à l'équipe Design Center / Digital Design, vous accompagnerez les équipes sur l'organisation et la réalisation des actions de recherches utilisateurs sur les projets d'applications et sites web. Vous intervenez également en support pour la préparation et la co-animation d'ateliers de co-conception.
Vous travaillerez sur des projets variés autant web qu'appli avec différentes équipes en les accompagnant sur la recherche utilisateur et la conception d'ateliers jusqu'à la formulation de recommandations en conjuguant besoins utilisateurs, attentes marketing et stratégie de l'entreprise.
Dans ce cadre, vous aurez pour missions principales de :
La mise en place de tests utilisateurs quantitatifs et qualitatifs à distance et en présentiel (tests d'utilisabilité modérés et non modérés, interviews utilisateurs, questionnaires etc.) de la prise de brief jusqu'à la restitution finale de l'étude.
Identifier la bonne méthodologie de recherche en fonction du besoin.
Concevoir un protocole, lancer les expérimentations pour valider ce protocole, réaliser l'analyse et formuler les recommandations associées.
La mise en place d'études exploratoires (journal de bord, étude ethnographique etc.)
La mise en place de méthodologie de design (personas, user journeys etc.) en co-construction avec les autres designers de l'équipe ainsi que les équipes projet.
La gestion des outils UX (Condens, Miro, MAZE etc.) que ce soit pour la mise en place de tests utilisateurs, d'ateliers ou le suivi des données.
L'évangélisation de la recherche utilisateur aux équipes en leur expliquant les bonnes pratiques et les bénéfices.
Préparer et construire une trame d'atelier de co-conception avec les équipes projet et le co-animer
Participer à l'amélioration continue de l'approche user experience / design thinking / design d'interaction
