The Taste, Nutrition & Health segment uses its combined expertise as well as scientific research to offer customers and partners unique, natural ingredient-based and sustainable solutions in the areas of taste, nutrition and health.

With more than 100 sites in over 40 countries, the segment serves the markets of the food and beverage industry as well as manufacturers of pet food and fish food.


Whether we are designing effective flavor and masking solutions, pioneering probiotic gut health, providing veterinary solutions for pets, or enhancing performance in the aquaculture feed industry, we put health and well-being at the heart of what we do.

The role can be located in our main hubs, as long as you are able to travel and coordinate activities

Tasks


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive global business development plans in alignment with the vision set by the Global Health Business Leader.
  • Market Opportunity Identification: Identify and pursue untapped business opportunities within the human and pet health segments, ensuring thorough followup and execution.
  • Team Engagement and Training: Provide leadership and support to our Business Development team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to drive success.
  • Partnership Development: Cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance our product portfolio and expand our global reach within the industry.
  • Network Expansion: Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts within Symrise and beyond, leveraging relationships to drive collaboration and growth.
  • Market Testing: Coordinate market tests with key accounts to validate market interest and inform decisionmaking processes.

Requirements:

What about you?

Demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and build strong internal relationships is required.

Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must, along with a willingness to travel as needed to engage with regional teams, partners, and customers (50%).
