Join us as a Business Development Project Manager**
What you will be doing
This role is based at our offices in Lyon, where - along with all the key people - as an active member of Satispay, you will be a core member of the Business Developmen Team, helping fuel the growth of the Satispay Group (Italy, Luxembourg, France and soon other countries) in activities such as:

• Manage the Director of New Markets' calendar, ensuring that all appointments and meetings are properly scheduled and organized.
• Office Management and Local Finance Tasks
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required, ensuring that all materials are accurate, professional, and completed in a timely manner.
• Act as a liaison between the Director of International Markets and other internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, partners, and customers.
• Organize and coordinate events, including meetings, conferences, and social events.
• Conduct research and analysis as required to support the Director of International Markets in making strategic decisions.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

You have:

• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a fastpaced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Fluency in English and Italian, both spoken and written
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality

You are:

• An excellent communicator and relationship builder
• A very quick learner and adapts fast
• Enthusiastic about taking on new challenges and to work under pressure in a fastpaced international environment
• Proactive thinker, with the ability to 'think outside the box'
• Resultsoriented, easygoing, entrepreneurial and passionate about your work
• Excellent organizer, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Knowledge of French or other European languages is considered a plus.


Logistic & Salary
The role is based in Lyon with a hybrid work policy.

This is a Junior Role and the salary will be commensurate with experience.
Stock option plan available.
