Lieu : Reims (51), Champagne-Ardenne, FR
La Maison Vranken-Pommery, prestigieuse structure Champenoise, est impliquée depuis 2022 dans un projet de recherche visant à limiter le dépérissement du vignoble et les pertes de rendements. Depuis une dizaine d'années, une baisse importante des rendements a été observée à l'échelle du vignoble champenois. Celle-ci peut s'expliquer par différents facteurs : le vieillissement et le dépérissement du vignoble, les nouvelles pratiques viticoles et les aléas climatiques. Dans ce cadre, la Maison développe un projet de recherche pluriannuel pour définir et évaluer de nouvelles pratiques de taille et d'entretien des plantations et entreplantations en vue de préserver le bois vivant et de rajeunir le vignoble.
Au cours de votre stage, vous aurez pour mission de caractériser le comportement de la vigne en fonction de différentes modalités de taille et de complantation mises en place.
Sous la responsabilité du Directeur des Vignobles et de la Cheffe de Projets R&D, vous serez amené(e) à :
-Réaliser des recherches bibliographiques sur le comportement de la vigne face aux pratiques de taille ;
-Evaluer l'impact des modalités sur le développement végétatif et reproducteur ;
-Effectuer un suivi physiologique des principaux stades de la vigne ;
-Effectuer un suivi des complantations entre les différentes modalités ;
-Analyser et interpréter les données relevées sur le terrain.
En parallèle de votre sujet d'étude, vous participerez également, aux suivis d'autres essais, aux observations parcellaires hebdomadaires ainsi qu'au suivi, contrôle et traçabilité des travaux en vert, aux estimations des rendements et aux suivis de la maturité.
Profil recherché :
-Etudiant(e) en cursus niveau bac+5 en agronomie avec une spécialisation en Viticulture
-Permis B indispensable
-Autonomie, prise d'initiative, aisance relationnelle, attirance particulière pour le travail sur le terrain, esprit de synthèse
-Maîtrise du pack Office, RStudio, la maîtrise de Qgis serait un plus
