- Piloter le contrôle de projets d'investissement, commerciaux et de budget de fonctionnement du département dans le respect des exigences qualité, coût et délai.
- Piloter le suivi financier en fonction des cycles : construction du budget, forecast, actuals des projets commerciaux, d'investissement et de fonctionnement gérés par le département.
- Piloter le suivi économique (revenus, coûts, marges, facturation, paiement factures) des projets confiés
- Contrôler, analyser et commenter les écarts et proposer actions nécessaires à l'atteinte des objectifs avec les de projet et le management
- Animer, coordonner, supporter le contrôle de projet avec les de projets
- Développer des outils de reporting financier et de gestion de projets en cherchant à structurer et automatiser les données
- En collaboration avec les de projet, établir les Projects Management Report (PMR) de l'ensemble des projets confiés
- Être garant du suivi des OPEX et CAPEX incluant l'administratif associé
- Coordonner l'établissement des demandes d'investissement pour l'année n+1
- Auditer l'utilisation des outils de gestion de projets mis en place.
- Former les acteurs du département et leur apporter un support sur la gestion de projets et ses outils

EXPERIENCE REQUISE
Expérience professionnelle souhaitée d'au moins 3 ans d'expérience en Contrôle de Gestion
Compétences techniques : Contrôle de Gestion, Comptabilité, base de gestion de projet,
Compétences informatiques : Maîtrise de l'outil bureautique (Pack Office) avec un niveau avancé/expert sur Excel, Business Intelligence (Power BI, ...) Connaissance d'un ERP.
Compétences linguistiques : Niveau d'Anglais avancé
