Motivés par la perspective d'améliorer le cadre de vie de leurs clients et convaincus de l'importance du marché de l'habitat sur des habitudes de consommation durables, les équipes de ManoMano veulent participer à l'écriture d'une nouvelle page de son industrie, qui peine à se réformer. Accompagner cette transformation sectorielle d'une forte culture d'audace, dans une organisation ingénieuse et frugale qui place l'humain et les équipes au cœur du développement de l'entreprise.
Au sein du département juridique et sous la responsabilité directe de la Directrice juridique de ManoMano, vous serez en charge du des sujets Corporate du département.
du suivi et de la gestion de la vie juridique des sociétés du Groupe (modifications statutaires diverses, ouverture/fermeture de filiales, formalités...) ;
du support juridique pour toutes les questions relatives au droit des sociétés (rédaction de conventions intra-groupe, conventions réglementées, délégations de pouvoirs, etc...).
de gérer les sujets de Compliance de l'entreprise (à l'exception du RGPD), et notamment la gestion des sujets relevant de l'ACPR ou encore de la conformité de notre politique RSE (CSRD, AGEC, etc).
Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience en droit des sociétés au sein d'un service juridique et/ou d'un cabinet d'avocats d'affaires. Une expérience également en droit commercial ou droit des contrats serait un plus.
Vous parlez couramment l'anglais
Vous êtes agile et capable de gérer plusieurs sujets à la fois ;
Vous faites preuve d'ingéniosité et êtes capable d'élaborer des solutions créatives et compliant pour résoudre des problématiques juridiques complexes
