Function overview:
We are looking for our Refund Desk Executive to run our Planet tax-free VIP lounge. Service provider for this High-end international customers.


We ensure quality of service in all aspects of the customer's shopping journey and in accordance with the high standards and requirements of our customers.

In a multicultural environment, the Refund Desk Executive welcomes an international VIP clientele, demanding and very upscale. You represent Planet, to deliver professional and comprehensive support to our clients.

It is a full time position with working hours in the evenings and over the weekends.

You will provide a seamless customer experience, your enthusiasm, your ability to listen to the needs of the customer and the immediate solution finder will allow you to thrive in the world of luxury.


What you will do:

  • Be the point of contact and welcome and greet our international shoppers at the refund/validation point at French Refund Network.
  • Process the validation of the customer tax refunds via our onsite solution.
  • Assist the customer with any questions they have in relation to their tax refund.
  • A warm and sincere welcome, which is comprised of smiling, eye contact, a friendly tone of voice, the initial usage of customer's name;
  • Anticipation and fulfillment of each customer's needs. Being helpful, accommodating and proactive in determining customer for issuing, refunding and approving their tax refund needs before they even express them. At PLANT, this is how we craft unique, memorable and personal experiences that stay with guests for fun and happy refund experiences;
  • Build strong relationships and create PLANET's customers unique tax refund experiences;
  • Empowered to create unique, memorable and personal experiences for our customers;
  • Resolve any issues that may be present with their taxfree purchases in a courteous and helpful manner;
  • Ensure the customer feels informed of the process and feel fully assisted by you at our VIP lounge;Ensure the maintenance and management of all cash register (cash management);
  • Report and escalate system or validation issues to Manager on duty and appropriate team;
  • Responsible for uncompromising levels of cleanliness and creating a safe and accidentfree environment;
  • Protect the privacy and security of our customers, your fellow employees and the company's confidential information and assets.
  • Own and immediately resolve customer's problems;
  • Fond farewell using the customer's name. You need to make sure that each customer leaves feeling that he or she is the most important customer we have.

Who you are:

  • Min. 2 years working experience in a comparable position (luxury hospitality industry);
  • Experience in cash handling and relevant procedures ;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English & French;
  • Arabic, Chinese, Korean, Japanese are mostly welcomed;Why Planet:
