THE ROLE:


You shall:

Comply with IMS and all relevant international rules and regulations;
Ensure all your duties in accordance with quality, health, safety, environmental and ethics policies;
Propose a continuous performance improvement plan which will be reported and reviewed on a periodical basis;
Provide expertise support in its field of competences to the fleets and ships;
Propose solutions to optimize vessels' maintenance, design and operation.

Ensure technical communication outside CMA CGM to promote the technical skills of the CMA CGM group


Note:
You may represent the Company in various meetings, conferences, public institutions, etc;
Closely work with R&D department of our suppliers for improvement;
Accumulate and share the experience across the fleets;
Prepare information and feedbacks to the fleets;
Know the supplier network and establish a good relation between societies;
Establish medium and long term strategy;


PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum qualifications

Fluent in English;
Master's degree in engineering;
Management or Project management skills;
Technically competent with various software programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc;
Knowledge required in its field of competences.

Experience

3 to 5 years' experience in support for vessel in its field of competences.

Personal attributes

Technical environment knowledge

Analytical skills;
Effective verbal, written and presentation skills;
Ability to work both independently and in a team-based environment.
