MISSION:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Application of quality procedures and instructions of the company, under the supervision of the head of the department.
  • Data analysis, sampling, reporting.
  • Perform and collaborate in the investigation of the causes and origin of incidents in the process or product, as well as in environmental matters.
  • Participate with other departments in improvement processes.
  • Coordination with the other departments to anticipate possible incidents, whether derived from internal material or not.
  • Support where required the preparation and maintenance of product and / or process certifications, as well as maintenance of the respective system and technical assistance for other departments.
