  • The Talent Acquistion team in Brazil supports local and global managers who need our expertise to bring great talented people to the company. Working in Siemens Energy will enable you to be part of different multiarea projects (squads) and your ideas and opinions are welcome. Part of your role will be helping the company to achieve a more diverse environment and is critical to optimize the talent acquisition strategy.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Build, maintain and leverage strong relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to capture and understand business, technical and cultural requirements for successful talent acquisition and retention
  • Keep up to date in partnership with HR Business Partners and Legal with any country specific legal, regulatory or requirements for hiring talent for e.g. diversity and inclusion or gender pay gap

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology / HR or comparable education
  • Practical working experience with attraction and sourcing of labor at all levels
  • Knowledge and experience with a variety of recruitment strategies, sourcing channels, technology with an ability to build and develop existing TA proposition
  • Experience with direct sourcing through various sourcing channels and methods including headhunting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge and partner with hiring managers effectively
  • Ability to deal with high volumes and ambiguity
  • Tenacity and a cando attitude to find the best talent in the market
  • Attention to detail, confidentiality, influencing skills and the ability to prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
