    Description

    Looking for experienced and energetic professionals interested in joining a fast-growing and diverse team aimed at provide better Smart Energy solutions to our customers. The individual should be self-driving, responsible, a quick learner and a problem solver. If you are this unique individual, we'd love to meet you.

    The role and responsibility of Technical Service personnel includes but not limited to the following:

    · Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls, tickets and emails in a timely manner

    · Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics

    · Provide technical advice to customers in product, installation and system operation matters

    · Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every (technical) issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives, including warranty replacement

    · Work with 3rd party service providers to perform service related issues

    · Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

    · Keep records of all conversations in our ticket system database in a comprehensible way

    · Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level

    · Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

    We are looking for:

    · Technician, electrician, bachelor or above holders in Electronics and Electrical or other related majors

    · Self-motivator, and with related experience in the solar industry is plus

    · Energetic professional who may travel 30% or above per year

    · Good communicator with fluent French

    · English and other European languages will be plus
