YOUR TASKS:

As part of its strategy to strengthen its Corporate Finance platform, Kepler's Corporate Finance team is seeking ambitious and entrepreneurial-driven young professionals who are keen to join a leading financial player with a set-up across several different business lines.

As a member of the Corporate Finance team, you will participate in all aspects of the origination and execution of transactions:

Research and analyze company and industry data
Prepare lists of potential targets and opportunities
Perform financial modelling and company valuations
Draft client presentations and transaction materials
Assist in the execution of deals

YOUR PROFILE & SKILLS:

Studying towards a master's degree at an international leading school or university, ideally in
finance or
economics ;

-
Fluent in English and
French; any other language is a plus ;

Highly motivated, high degree of professionalism as well as strong drive and commitment ;
Dynamic and
enthusiastic team player willing to work within a small, entrepreneurial team ;
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills are mandatory;
capacity in financial modelling is a strong asset ;
Previous uses of CapitalIQ, Bloomberg, Factset or others financial tools are appreciated ;
Strong analytical and numerical skills ;
Previous internship in relevant connected fields (investment banking, audit, strategy consulting) would be appreciated, but is not a prerequisite.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

Between 2 and 3 rounds of interviews: both fit and technical questions.

You will need a flexible and creative approach in order to flourish in our international environment and succeed with our diverse client base.
