- Préparer les revues de projet périodiques du projet avec le Chef de Projet et la « core team » reflétant une juste situation du projet à fin d'affaire
- S'assurer de la transparence de la situation financière du projet en veillant au respect des procédures interne de l'entreprise,
- Proposer des actions d'amélioration pour l'ensemble des indicateurs financiers : vente, coûts, cash ...
- Contribuer aux analyses de Risques et Opportunités,
- Fournir les rapports financiers du projet (commandes, prévisions de ventes et dépenses, marges...),
- Garantir la pertinence des données financières lors de la clôture mensuelle,
- Établir chaque mois la facturation client et assurer le suivi des encaissements
- Mettre en place, suivre et ajuster les couvertures de change ainsi que les cautions et garanties sur projet,
- Participer aux processus de Forecast et Budget,
- Jouer un rôle d'interface avec les autres services du groupe : reporting groupe, taxes, trésorerie, contract management, ...
- Etudiant en Ecole de Commerce, Université ou IAE en Corporate Finance,
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos qualités relationnelles, d'analyse, de proactivité et de synthèse,
- Vous faites preuve de pragmatisme et alertez quand la situation est nécessaire,
- Vous avez le sens de la réactivité face à l'urgence,
- Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office et SAP et vous avez de bonnes connaissances dans la gestion financières des projets / contrats long terme,
- Votre niveau de français est courant et vous êtes à l'aise aussi bien à l'écrit qu'à l'oral en anglais.

Contrô de Gestion Projets H/F/NB
Ce poste est basé au sein du siège d'Alstom à Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine (93). Notre site est desservi par l'arrêt Mairie de Saint-Ouen des lignes 13 et 14 du métro Francilien.
Vous êtes rattaché(e) au Manager en charge de l'activité de Contrôle de Gestion du segment Mainline des projets de la ligne de produits Digital & Integrated Systems (D&IS) France incluant les activités Signalisation et Infrastructures.
Les missions qui vous seront confiées :
Vous êtes Contrôleur de Gestion de projets de signalisation ferroviaire dédiés au réseau Grande Lignes (TER, TGV, ...) dont les clients sont essentiellement la SNCF, la RATP et le réseau européen.
Sous la responsabilité du Manager de l'équipe Contrôle de Gestion Mainline, vos principales missions sont les suivantes :
