The Team
Our local marketing team manages the localisation of our Brand in France and Benelux.

In a nutshell, we deal with all B2C communication in both markets (from social media content creation, to creating big bang influencer concepts to 360 media campaign management).


Our challenge ? Ensuring all our actions make the difference and bring forward the culture of dating in a locally relevant way.


Where you'll work:

This is a hybrid role and requires in-office collaboration three days per week. This position is located in Paris, France


In this role, you will:


  • Work hand in hand with the Marketing Lead in the development and implementation of the marketing strategy in France and Benelux
  • Research and monitor trends relevant to Gen Z
  • Bring your own perspective and creativity to our Always On activities, including Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and Influencers
  • Prepare decks and review documents, contributing to project management in general
  • Work on reports highlighting Tinder's performances and have a direct impact on our strategy
  • Participate in cross functional meetings across the region and worldwide
  • Communicate with Tinder's local agencies (media, influence, Social Media)
  • Shape the future of dating: inclusive, diverse and empathetic

You'll need:


  • To be curious & proactive
  • A true passion for marketing: marketing trends, innovation and Social Media trends
  • To be highly organized with proven administrative skills and a high attention to detail
  • To learn quickly and use initiative
  • To be a team player with strategic vision
  • Full fluency in French & professional working proficiency in English is required

Nice to have:


  • Previous experience in marketing, Social Media and/ or influencer marketing
  • Digital marketing knowledge is a plus
  • Dutch language is a plus
