Basé sur Bordeaux, notre client est un établissement qui assure ses missions de soin, de recherche, d'enseignement et de prévention au bénéfice de la population de la Métropole de Bordeaux et de sa région environnante, il est l'un des premiers employeurs de notre territoire.
Etroitement liés à l'Université de Bordeaux, ils participent de manière constante à la formation médicale, chirurgicale, pharmaceutique et odontologique de la région ainsi qu'à la recherche fondamentale en liaison avec les unités INSERM et CNRS avec des nouvelles techniques innovantes.
Rejoindre cet établissement, c'est intégrer un collectif de 14500 agents pour plus de 180 métiers et spécialités différents.
Nous recherchons afin de compléter une équipe déjà en place et bien dotée un médecin du travail f-h pour intervenir sur ce site.
Poste
Directement rattaché à la Direction d'Établissement, vous intégrerez une équipe de sept médecins du travail, de six infirmiers (ères) de santé au travail et de cinq secrétaires médicales.
Vous pourrez vous appuyer sur une équipe pluridisciplinaire complète de psychologues du travail, d'ingénieurs en prévention hygiène et sécurité, d'ergonomes qui viennent compléter le dispositif de santé au travail.
Vos missions principales :
Assurer le suivi en médecine du travail des personnels du secteur géographique attribué agents pour un équivalent temps plein de médecin). Ce suivi repose sur le suivi individuel (visites médicales, entretiens infirmiers) et sur les études de terrain, et se fait en lien avec l'équipe pluridisciplinaire
Établir un partenariat avec les assistantes sociales, la référente handicap des personnels, la conseillère-mobilité carrière, les services de ressources humaines, conseiller de prévention, les assistants de prévention.
Participer à la prévention des risques professionnels en lien avec l'équipe pluridisciplinaire
Profil
Médecin h-f inscrit au Conseil National de l'Ordre des Médecins, vous devez être titulaire d'une spécialisation en médecine du travail (CES, DES).
Vous avez idéalement une connaissance de la réglementation spécifique à l'organisation de la médecine du travail en milieu hospitalier et dans la fonction publique d'État, et aux statuts de la fonction publique.
Vous disposez d'un sens relationnel avéré, des qualités d'un bon communiquant, d'une rigueur méthodologique et d'un esprit de synthèse. Vous êtes organisé et savez piloter votre activité. Vous appréciez le travail en équipe
