The
KAM B2B SME segment is hired by Crosscall corporate (France), reporting on a solid line to the Country Manager Iberia.

He/she will be responsible for the B2B sales carrying out the right relationships and business development activities in the B2B channels in Spain.

He/she will make sure to spread the CROSSCALL brand and product awareness in the channels under his/her responsibility and to the end corporate clients.

Under this role, the
KAM B2B SME will mainly take responsibility of developing business with carriers, with a focus in the medium enterprise segment.


Main duties:


  • Actively participate in the definition and execution of the local strategy and sales policy to develop B2B sales and
    drive Crosscall adoption in the SME segment in every relevant business sector (such as building industry, transport, supply chain, agriculture, hospitality, public administration, security forces, etc.)
  • Develop a
    sales plan for your area of responsibility, with business and commercial development objectives and actions to be implemented. Propose commercial strategies for both sell in and sell out.
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with key decision makers in the
    B2B channels (carriers, distributors, corporate dealers) as well as in potential corporate clients gaining an understanding of their businesses and key priorities.
  • Actively manage and
    give support to B2B channel sales force in all stages of the sales cycle. Training of the sales channels and accompanying them in joint commercial visits.
  • Managing and supervising
    sales process from presales, product tests up to final sales.
  • Regularly
    report with a structured analysis on the trends, key facts and main issues from the customers. Competition and market monitoring.
  • Develop
    international collaboration with all Crosscall KAMs B2B, sharing information regarding activities to develop sales in the SME segment.
  • Achievement of quarterly and annual
    sales target and other assigned KPIs, within the Crosscall price and margin policy.
  • Support the Country Manager and the local team in other relevant activities as requested.
  • At least
    5/7 years of experience in a B2B Mobile/Smartphone related role with an excellent knowledge of the sector and strong relationships with the big players of the
    Telecom Industry (Telefonica, Orange, Vodafone).
  • Proven experience with
    corporate market, particularly SME segment.
  • Dynamic, highly organized, selfstarter, "can do" attitude, strongly
    sales results driven.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
    Technical savvy.
  • Strong
    relationship builder with the ability to influence, motivate and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven sales and marketing attitude and skills.
  • Proven overachiever past track record of individual contributor sales success.
  • Strong financial culture to manage its own budget. Deliver sales activity reports and
    sales forecasts.
You have graduated from a Business/Sales School or has an equivalent experience gained on the field.

You speak fluent English (native Spanish). A good command of the French language is a plus.

The job is based in Madrid and frequent business trips must be considered.
