- You participate in diagnosing the organization, culture, and digital maturity of the company
- You co-create the transformation roadmap and drive stakeholder engagement (top management, operational management, staff)
- You support clients in each stage of their transformation by activating effective change management strategies
- You contribute to anchoring the implemented changes to prevent setbacks
- You advise clients on solutions and partnerships if needed
- You establish yourself as a reference, both with clients and within our agency, to ensure IT assimilation
- You master agile best practices to enhance clients' innovation capacity and speed up their time-to-market
- You are a graduate in Engineering, Business, or equivalent
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting firm or project management
- You can work with clients of various sizes and address strategic, operational, and/or technological challenges
- You are dynamic, ambitious, methodical, and have an entrepreneurial spirit
- You have a good command of English
- With a team spirit, you contribute to agency development
- You have strong interpersonal skills and can persuade your audience
- Remote work agreement allowing up to 2 days of telecommuting per week based on your assignments

Your Future Work Environment:
As part of Sopra Steria Next, you will join the ARA Consulting Agency as a Manager to support the digital and agile transformation of our clients' organizations.
The ARA Consulting practice has around 65 employees, located across 2 sites in Auvergne Rhône Alpes: Lyon and Clermont Ferrand. They assist clients' executives in their digital transformation projects, particularly focusing on IT Advisory (including data governance), digitization of the supply chain, and human capital enhancement.
