GENERAL MISSIONS:

The senior UX designer is responsible for the link between the IT development teams and the graphic production of the creative teams.

They are involved in all projects involving user experience and must be able to define a research strategy adapted to the different projects.

Their role is to enable an optimal user experience and ensure the quality of the delivered products.

You will join the creation department under the supervision of the creative director and report daily to the technical teams led by the CTO to be at the heart of the action.

Specific responsibilities include:

Collaborate with development teams to ensure designs are implemented efficiently and in compliance with specifications
Perform user testing and user experience analysis to improve existing products and develop new ones
Work with stakeholders to understand user needs and ensure products meet those needs
Work within the sprint framework, creating designs and prototypes that can be quickly tested and iterated upon.

Develop and maintain design libraries, templates, and style guides to ensure consistency of the user experience across all products.

EXPERIENCES:

_ Experience with
agile tools:
the UX designer should be familiar with agile tools, such as Jira or Trello, and know how to use them to manage tasks,

4._ Excellent communication and problemsolving skills to facilitate workshops with stakeholders

_ Strong communication skills and
fluent English:

the UX designer should be able to communicate design ideas and rationale clearly and effectively to stakeholders, team members, and with remote engineering teams in English.

Time-zone flexibility required: the UX designer will support in IT platform developments day-to-day with both in-house and remote engineering teams in India, Vietnam, and China, time-zone flexibility is required.
