    Description

    Our client is currently seeking a talented and driven Investment Funds Associate to join their expanding team in Paris. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of investment fund matters and collaborate with leading professionals in the field.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with the structuring, formation, and documentation of investment funds.
    • Conduct legal research and analysis on regulatory matters related to investment funds.
    • Review and negotiate fund documentation, including offering memoranda and partnership agreements.
    • Advise clients on fund compliance and regulatory requirements.
    • Assist with fund-related transactions, including fund investments, mergers, and acquisitions.
    • Support senior associates and partners on complex fund matters and client engagements.

    Qualifications:

    • Qualified lawyer with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in investment funds law.
    • Strong academic background with a law degree from a reputable university.
    • Experience working in a top-tier law firm with a focus on investment funds.
    • Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
    • Knowledge of investment fund regulations and industry practices.
    • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
