    Your next challenge- what you will be doing:

    As a Lead Data Analyst, you will interprets data and turns it into information which can offer ways to improve a business, thus affecting business decisions for all global data projects and support Data Analysts in spokes to increase the value of insights delivered: Dashboards and KPI definitions, ad-hoc studies methodologies, statistics & econometrics modelling, simulation, and decision support.

    You will also collaborate with the data governance team to define the right business rules to apply on data, continuously improve the data quality in the common data model and design the evolution to be delivered by data engineers.

    Additionally, you will be part of Data Science Projects to support data transformation by providing the right business rules definition. You will work closely with Global Business Teams to help decision taking and deploy projects involving analytics. To support this goal the working scope to be covered includes:

    • Report and Dashboard (Power BI)
    • modelling and business rules definition
    • analysis leveraging statistical modelling techniques with R or Python
    • performance analysis with relevant KPI definition and computation
    • results presentation and communication to Business Team

    Leveraging a solid background in Statistics, you will formalize Business Issues as Data models and Data Visualization to deliver advanced ad-hoc analysis supporting strategic decision:

    • adjustment on time series
    • models (OLS / Logistic)
    • Groups definition (sampling)
    • Data management / encoding

    By Leading the Data Analysts community, you will identify business topics to be supported at global level and deployed in other countries under his/her guidance.

    What we're looking for:

    • Master's degree in Statistics, Advanced Analytics or equivalent
    • At least 5 years working as Data analysts/Scientist and 2 years as a community/team leader
    • Previous experience with Business intelligence solutions
    • Advanced expertise in Statistics and applied Mathematics
    • Strong knowledge of relevant KPI definition
    • Strong SQL knowledge: complex querying and data management
    • Previous experience with Big Data technologies (Spark and MPP database)
    • Strong Database knowledge: data modelling, querying performance optimization
    • Advanced knowledge of statistics software (R)
    • Proven written capabilities to popularized Ad-hoc Analysis results
    • Used to design Report and Dashboard (story telling)
    • Advanced fluency in French & English
