- Expérience professionnelle avérée en tant que peintre, de préférence dans le domaine résidentiel ou bâtiment
- Connaissance approfondie des techniques de préparation des surfaces et d'application de la peinture.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à suivre des instructions précises.
- Souci du détail et aptitude à produire un travail de haute qualité.
- Respect des normes de sécurité sur les chantiers.
- Permis de conduire valide et moyen de transport fiable (selon les besoins).
- Préparer les surfaces en les nettoyant, en les ponçant et en les apprêtant selon les besoins.
- Sélectionner et mélanger les peintures pour obtenir les couleurs désirées.
- Appliquer la peinture à l'aide de différentes techniques (rouleau, pinceau, pistolet) pour obtenir un fini uniforme.
- Respecter les délais et les normes de qualité établis pour chaque projet.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres membres de l'équipe pour garantir un travail efficace et de qualité.
- Nettoyer et entretenir les outils et l'équipement de peinture.
