Job Description:

THE KEYS GRADUATE PROGRAM
Are you ready to join the 1st edition of KEYS MANAGEMENT?

Embark in a competitive program that allows you to gain a deep understanding of our Group and the Luxury industry.

Our Keys Management program offers dynamic careers for ambitious graduates in finance, digital, communications and human resources.

Being part of the Kering Keys Management program means gaining a strategic vision of what it means to work in the most influential Luxury group in the world.

Build essential skills through tailor-made learning programs,

The Keys Management Program is an 18-month program comprising three different missions across key business functions.

You will gain 360 degree view in key functions (finance, digital, communications, and human resources) to position you for success in your future career within the Kering Group.

You will be challenged to work on a strategic team project focused on one of our key Asian markets which will allow the development of influence, leadership and team-work and will be presented to senior leaders at the close of the Program.

Keys Management is the key to thrive in your career in the Luxury sector.

Who are we looking for?

With Keys Management, we are looking for graduating students from management schools who have a passion for Luxury and a desire to succeed.

Education & Experience_
Master's degree (MSc) by July 202
International Experience
Previous working experience is a plus
Leading experience is a plus (such as startup, leading roles in school associations, etc.)
Languages & Digital Savviness_
Proficiency in English and Chinese, Korean or Japanese is a must
French or Italian are considered a plus
