- Transformer les demandes d'achats en commande.
- Résoudre les problèmes de prix des factures des fournisseurs (lorsque les valeurs de la facture et du bon de commande sont différentes) afin de faciliter l'enregistrement de la facture dans SAP.
- Aider à la gestion des réceptions de commande dans SAP - revoir les bons de commande ouverts et encourager les clients internes à effectuer les réceptions marchandises/services dans SAP.
- Former des clients internes afin d'améliorer la qualité des demandes d'achat.
- Demander et vérifier les prix. Soutenir la validation des commandes d'achat.
- Lancer les commandes d'achats et les transmettre aux fournisseurs.
- Résoudre les questions relatives aux factures pour l'équipe des achats indirects – vous serez le contact principal entre les achats et la finance pour toutes les questions relatives aux factures.
- Aider le département financier à réduire le nombre de factures bloquées/ouvertes afin de faciliter un paiement correct.
- Gérer les données de base des fournisseurs en collaboration avec les acheteurs et les clients internes concernées.
- Analyser les KPI mensuels transmis par le service comptabilité
