du poste : Au sein de la Direction de l'Innovation de Sigmatech, centre international de R&D de Plastic Omnium, vous serez chargé(e) de participer à :Protège et valorise les connaissances et le savoir-faire de OPmobility, en interne et en externe en mettant en œuvre la politique brevet du groupe et en particulier du Business Group Exterior en lien régulier avec le management:
Assure le suivi des litiges en propriété intellectuelle en lien avec le cabinet de brevet
Contribue à la maîtrise des coûts des activités en lien avec la propriété intellectuelle :
Interagit avec le cabinet de brevet en étant vigilant sur la maîtrise des coûts (évaluation de la pertinence des procédures vs droit de PI, minimisation des prolongations de délais, optimisation du suivi des rédactions...)
Est force de proposition pour identifier des réductions des dépenses propriété intellectuelle.
Anime le réseau interne en lien avec la propriété intellectuelle :
Communique avec pédagogie sur la propriété intellectuelle
Participe à la connaissance générale des brevets dans les activités techniques du Business Group Exterior
Participe à l'écriture des projets de brevet en lien avec le cabinet de propriété intellectuelle et en assure la validation avec l'aide des inventeurs
Supporte l'analyse technique en cas de détection de violation de brevets
Assiste les équipes projets dans l'identification et la compréhension des brevets de parties tierces
Assure le lien entre les équipes internes et le cabinet de propriété intellectuelle
Diplômé d'une formation d'ingénieur généraliste, génie mécanique ou mécatronique
Vous avez une expérience de 5 ans minimum en gestion de projet, avec les activités propriété intellectuelle, ou bien en cabinet de propriété intellectuelle dans le secteur automobile de préférence
Fortes compétences pour la lecture et l'écriture de documentation technique, très bonne maitrise des processus de dépôt de brevets et de gestion de portefeuille, bonne connaissance des institutions françaises et européennes
Doté(e) d'un très bon relationnel, vous savez vulgariser et travailler avec un public non expert
Anglais courant exigé.
Rémunération et avantages sociaux :
Salaire annuel brut selon profil + intéressement & participation + participation au restaurant d'entreprise + indemnité de transport.
