Your Role
As the IT support officer, you will play a critical role in providing IT business support to end-users and teams within the Symrise TN&H IT landscape


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying software issues in a timely manner
(ie:

Warehousing or transport issues in the ERP, legal financial reports, production of analysis certificates )

  • Participating in analyses of defects and requirements as well as functional design whenever necessary
(I;e:

setup of Sales in a new country, change of business processes between business units )

  • Maintaining and updating SAP and related software documents and procedures.
  • Managing and assigning tickets raised by endusers in the ticketing tool.
  • Delivering regular and customized training to teams within the business.
  • Escalating disruptions in the processes and ensuring process implementation.
  • Assisting with the development of a highperformance, motivated workgroup and fostering teambuilding skills.

About You

  • Previous experience with SAP and/or ERP systems would be a plus.
  • Ability to provide guidance and assist other regarding IT systems.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extraordinary customer service skills.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Proactive and able to work independently as a part of a global team.
  • Sense of urgency when handling multiple tasks in parallel
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results within agreed timelines.
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Technology, Business Administration, Logistics.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the relevant areas.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry would be a plus.
  • Professional English and French
