What you'll do:


As a Program Manager, Tech & Product Learning, your mission will be to ensure that we have one of the most ambitious onboarding, training and knowledge sharing programs in Europe.


By working within Tech & Product, you will interact with a large variety of stakeholders and profiles (Product Managers, Software Developers, Designers, Data, etc).

You will collaborate with them to identify the most important skills needed to fulfill Doctolib's mission and grow in their careers, within a 700+ organization.

You will be in charge of ensuring that the resources and programs we build are effective and appreciated by the community.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Lead the Onboarding Program for the Tech & Product organization

  • Take the lead on the strategy and execution of the onboarding program of members of the Tech & Product organization.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders (developers, product managers, data analysts) to define and implement a thorough onboarding plan.
  • Track impact of the onboarding program.
  • Support the management team's onboarding in Tech & Product.

Build the Learning experience for the Tech & Product teams

  • Define and deliver the learning roadmap for Tech & Product, leveraging a variety of learning modalities inc. peer learning.
  • Engage with a variety of stakeholders to align learning programs with business objectives (SMEs, Managers, Senior Leaders, CxO).
  • Maintain an ambitious training plan for Developers, Product managers, Product Designers, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, etcby helping them identify gaps and build the best resources.
  • Coordinate with our People team to leverage existing Doctolib training crossdepartment and make them a success in Tech & Product.
  • Track and analyze the attendance to and impact of all Tech & Product learning initiatives.
  • Support the Tech & Product leadership to diffuse the learning culture within the organization.

Build a strong knowledge management culture within Tech & Product

  • Take on the challenge to adapt our knowledge sharing practices to an increasingly large organization, by Identifying opportunities & implementing changes to provide easy access to reliable information to all Doctolibers.
  • Embody our T&P Playbook and its 6 Guiding Principles (Scale, Mastery, Impact, Team Ownership, User Centricity, Highest Standards) and diffuse them in T&P through impactful and tailor made L&D programs.

You could be our next team mate if you:

  • Have at least 5 years of experience working in project management or coordinating learning programs
  • Have a strong analytical and problemsolving skills,
  • Have strong project management skills and communication skills,
  • You are used to working in an international environment and able to think global / act local,
  • You are fluent in English. Native speaker in French or German is a plus.

Now, it would be fantastic if you:

  • Have a former experience in a Tech or Product role (Product Manager or Software Engineer).
