La Direction Juridique interne d'EY, recherche un(e) Stagiaire H/F en droit des affaires pour une durée de 6 mois à compter du 2 janvier 2025.
Vos missions :
Vous pourrez être amené(e), en fonction de votre expérience, à participer aux différentes activités de la Direction Juridique (contrats, contentieux, corporate) et notamment à :
Votre profil :
Vous avez une formation de 3ème cycle en droit des affaires (DJCE/Master 2) et/ou êtes élève-avocat et recherchez votre stage PPI.
Vous avez idéalement suivi une formation complémentaire du type grande école de commerce, IEP,
Vos stages vous ont permis de conforter votre attrait pour le droit des affaires.
Vous maîtrisez impérativement l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
Autonome, polyvalent et rigoureux, vous disposez d'une réelle aisance relationnelle qui vous permettront de vous intégrer facilement au sein de l'équipe.
