Job Description:


About the role:


This role will require you to support all Wiser employees with services that include but are not limited to; Service Desk Support, Basic Network Administration, Windows/MAC Administration, Peripheral Support, Active Directory Administration, SharePoint Administration, O365 Support and Administration along with miscellaneous support duties as designated by the Enterprise Systems Manager.


Essential Functions:


  • Ticket creation, fulfilment, escalation and solution follow up to ensure quality of service
  • Ability to configure, maintain and improve processes for end user satisfaction
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, OneLogin IAM, SharePoint, O365 licensing and administration
  • Experience/Troubleshooting skills with Windows and Mac Desktops/Laptops
  • Experience/Troubleshooting skills with Intune/Autopilot and JAMF; Image building and automation
  • A deep understanding of Microsoft Office products
  • Basic administration duties with Firewalls/Network Switches/Access Points an asset (Meraki Preferable)
  • Familiarity with Slack, Teams, Zoom and Boardroom Teleconferencing equipment
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and Service Desk best practices
  • Experience working with ticketing systems such as JIRA, NinjaOne, Cherwell, ServiceNow etc.
  • Having experience with configuring Service Desk Software is a plus.
  • A professional demeanor with end users and developers
  • Adherence to strict SLAs ensuring the best customer service for the Wiser community
  • Ensure documentation is updated as required.

Qualifications:


Required Qualifications, Education, and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree/Technical Degree in Information Technology; or relevant work experience
  • 4+ years of progressive support and administration experience
  • 1+ years working in an MSP would be an asset
  • Progressive certifications related to role a nice to have:
  • Apple Support Certifications (ACSP, MacOS Support v12/13, Apple Support Professional)
  • Microsoft Support Certifications (Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure/AD, Intune/Autopilot)
  • CompTIA A+
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to assist users who has a varying amount of technical expertise
  • Strong command of the English language

  • Location _: Boulogne, France : 2+ Days Per Week in the office
  • As Required
