    Vous souhaitez contribuer au développement commercial de marques prestigieuses au sein de l'univers passionnant et challengeant de la GMS ? Vous recherchez un poste avec de l'autonomie et des perspectives d'évolution ?

    Alors venez vivre votre #LactalisExperience au sein de notre Division Lactalis Fromages, spécialisée dans la fabrication et la commercialisation de fromages à marques PRESIDENT, GALBANI, CHAUSSEE AUX MOINES.

    Vous rejoignez notre équipe Force de Vente de Paris, composée de 13 collaborateurs experts et engagés dans leur métier, et qui auront à cœur de vous accompagner au quotidien pour relever les challenges de votre secteur.

    Rattaché à Nicolas, Responsable Commercial Régional, vous contribuez à l'animation et au développement de nos marques au sein d'un portefeuille de magasins constitué principalement de supermarchés et d'hypermarchés répartis sur la région de Paris SUD EST (départements couverts 94, 91, 77).

    Grâce à votre engagement au quotidien auprès de nos clients et en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe Chefs de Secteur, vous êtes garant de la présence de nos marques dans les magasins :

  • Vous réimplantez les linéaires selon les plans négociés par les Chefs de Secteur avant et après ouverture des points de vente
  • Vous mettez en place la PLV, le balisage rayon et les meubles promotionnels dans les hypermarchés
  • Vous contribuez à la prise de commande et implantez les références manquantes ainsi que les innovations au sein de votre portefeuille de supermarchés
  • Vous partagez vos opérations promotionnelles auprès de la Force de Vente nationale notamment via notre réseau social interne
  • Grâce à votre proximité terrain, vous réalisez au quotidien la veille concurrentielle et êtes l'ambassadeur de nos marques sur votre région

    Parce que la promotion interne est au cœur de notre modèle, vous bénéficierez d'un accompagnement personnalisé et adapté à vos besoins pour construire votre projet professionnel et évoluer par exemple vers des fonctions de Chef de Secteur.

    Vous pourrez aborder l'avenir en toute confiance avec notamment une rémunération reconnaissant votre engagement : salaire fixe sur 13 mois, prime d'objectifs, véhicule de fonction (5 places), intéressement et participation. Vous bénéficierez par ailleurs d'un dispositif d'épargne salariale, d'une mutuelle d'entreprise et des avantages du CSE.

    Vos atouts

    Vous êtes diplômé d'un Bac+2 dans le domaine du Commerce ou vous avez une expérience dans la GMS (promoteur ou employé de rayon)? Que vous soyez débutant ou confirmé, c'est avant tout votre excellent relationnel, votre rigueur et votre aisance avec l'outil informatique qui feront toute la différence.
