Your Mission*We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to join the Talent Management team at BlaBlaCar.

As Compensation & Benefits Manager, your role will be to set the basic compensation and benefits policies as the organization manages its personnel expenses, internal equity and external competitiveness.

You will be reporting to the Head of Talent Management.

Your Responsibilities

Design, implement and manage the C&B strategy across Blablacar
Maintain BlaBlaCar's salary grid and grading system per job function, and ensure it remains at all time updated and grounded on relevant external surveys and benchmarking
Review our current benefits and develop new compensation & benefits programs
Lead the annual compensation review process globally
Define and implement employee equity programs

Your qualifications

58 years of experience in a similar position & in an international compensation environment
Strong expertise in C&B Management
Strong and proven analytical skills
Selfmanagement skills
Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
You have excellent communication skills and enjoy sharing and learning from others
You are organized, resultsdriven, and are able to prioritize in a changing environment
Fluency in English
