Groupe Vivialys recherche son Responsable Communication Senior H/F pour rejoindre notre équipe marketing/communication basé à Entzheim (67) Qui sommes-nous ? Le Groupe Vivialys est le 1er constructeur alsacien de logements, une entreprise familiale et indépendante créée en 1999. Promoteur d'un habitat sain et accessible au plus grand nombre, il propose une offre immobilière large sous ses différentes marques : Maisons Stéphane Berger et Maisons Oxygè ne (maisons individuelles), Trianon Résidences (appartements), Carré de l'Habitat (Duplex-Jardin) et Terre & Développement (aménagement foncier).
Votre quotidien :
En tant que Responsable Communication Senior, vous serez chargé de construire et de piloter la communication à 360° pour notre marque Carré de l'Habitat, en étroite collaboration avec le Directeur Général et les services commerciaux de l'Activité Habitat Intermédiaire.
Vos missions :
- Communication de prospection et génération des contacts commerciaux,
- Communication commerciale
- Branding
Rattaché au Directeur Marketing, vous aurez la charge d'une petite équipe composé d'un responsable de communication junior et d'un alternant chargé de communication.
Profil recherché :
Profil recherché :
• Diplômé(e) d'un BAC+5 en école de communication ou de commerce,
• Expérience professionnelle réussie de 5 et 10 ans sur un poste similaire,
• Valeurs : respect, performance et plaisir,
• Leadership et orientation solution,
• Esprit d'équipe et de coopération
Type de contrat : CDI – statut cadre
Rémunération : entre 45 et 50 k€ brut annuel
