    Associate/Full Professor in Business Law, preferably with some knowledge in the fields of:

  • Company Law, Corporate governance and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

    • Or

  • New technologies, IT Law, Personal Data Law and Artificial Intelligence

    The Accounting, Finance, & Economics department at KEDGE brings together professors from various backgrounds: general accounting, financial and extra-financial accounting, auditing & accounting expertise, management control, market finance, corporate finance, social and solidarity economics, the circular economy, the collaborative economy, the real estate, urban, and territorial economy, business law, and corporate law.

    KEDGE Business school invites applications for following full-time Faculty position:

  • Associate/Full Professor in business law (teaching/research profile), preferably with some knowledge in the fields of:
  • Company Law, Corporate governance and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

    • Or

  • New technologies, IT Law, Personal Data Law and Artificial Intelligence

    • Responsibilities:

  • Teaching and educational development (undergraduate, graduate and post graduate level)
  • Publication in academic and professional journals
  • Research Projects with companies or international institutions
  • Participation in national and international calls for projects
  • Student supervision and coaching.

    • Profile and skills required:

  • PhD or equivalent
  • Excellent teaching skills required in the field of Business law
  • Ability to teach in both English and French.

    • Compensations and benefits:

    Permanent contract/ Full time

    Status: Executive

    Salary: to be negotiated /over 13 months / Bonuses (research, executive education, extra hours, etc.)

    Paid leaves 35 days per year + 15 executive paid leaves per year

    Others benefits: food vouchers + mobility bonus + complementary insurance

    Support provided for you moving in France (accommodation search, school for the kids, visa procedures, administrative procedures, French lessons, etc.)
