Venez rejoindre le plus grand et exceptionnel jardin d'Europe un patrimoine de arbres, arbustes, un million de fleurs plantées par an, 30 topiaires et un Golf de 90 hectares
Au sein de Disneyland Paris, le service Nature et Environnement est composé de 150 salariés dont 25 apprentis, en charge de différentes activités telles que : Jardiniers Paysagistes, Arboristes, Techniciens Faune Sauvage, Fleuriste...
Sous la responsabilité du Manager d'Horticulture, vous réalisez les différentes tailles que requière l'entretien des arbres selon les espèces et le rendu demandé et ce en respectant les Cinq Clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Spectacle et Efficacité.
Vos missions :
• Tailler et/ou abattre les arbres dans les délais et le respect des règles de sécurité,
• Vérifier la conformité de la structure de l'arbre,
• Transmettre son savoir-faire relevant du domaine arboricole auprès de ses collègues de travail,
• Proposer des actions correctives immédiates à tout type de problématique opérationnelle rencontrée,
• Optimiser son travail sur le domaine arboricole et appliquer les procédures opérationnelles établies,
• Prendre les initiatives adaptées et utiles à la réalisation de son activité arboricole en proposant à sa hiérarchie des améliorations applicables,
• Veiller au respect des standards environnementaux ainsi que des règles d'hygiène et de sécurité,
• Préserver les biens et le patrimoine de l'entreprise en s'assurant de la propreté et du bon état de son environnement professionnel.
Votre Profil :
• Vous êtes titulaire du Certificat de Spécialisation Taille et Soins aux Arbres,
• Vous avez le permis B,
• Disponibilité horaires nécessaire (nuits fixes).
