We, Deepki, are looking for a new
Sales Enablement Specialist in Paris to support our Marketing Department.


Your role:


Reporting to the Sales Enablement Manager, the Sales Enablement Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Sales Enablement strategy at Deepki.


This strategy is based on 3 pillars:

1) Process and method

  • To support the creation and optimization of sales processes throughout the sales cycle;
  • Create the content and materials that will enable the delivery of these processes to all sales teams (5 regions);
  • To support the implementation of processes and execution followup (shadowing, for example).

2) Knowledge

  • To support the implementation of a continuous learning process;
  • To ensure the proper structure, organization and accessibility of the Deepki knowledge base.

3) Training

  • To participate in the creation of a training calendar on different themes for all sales teams (5 regions);
  • To support the implementation of these trainings by being a force of proposal on the formats, the content; To support the followup of these trainings to ensure the good execution of the delivered elements.

1-2 years of Sales experience in SaaS companies: sales cycle, CRM, value selling are, for example, notions you know well;

Excellent oral and written communication skills (you will be speaking in front of large groups of sales people, you need to be comfortable in public);

A very good French & English level: you will be required to speak in front of our international teams;

An analytical mind. You will be required to analyze sales speeches or processes, you will need to be able to identify possible optimizations;

    Salesforce is a plus;
