    Les 500 métiers de Disneyland Paris sont soutenus par trois principales directions informatiques dédiées aux applications utilisées par nos visiteurs (site e-commerce, application mobile, etc.), aux applications « sur site » (gestion des attractions, hôtels, restaurants, boutiques, etc.) et aux applications dédiées à nos cast members.

    Ces trois directions IT sont soutenues par une direction IT transverse, Technology Production & Engineering .

    Au sein de cette direction, le département IT Infrastructures et services est en charge de la conception, de la mise en place, de la gestion et de l'amélioration continue de toutes les infrastructures technologiques de l'entreprise. Cela comprend notamment le réseau de l'entreprise (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi), les serveurs (physiques et virtuels), le stockage de données, les bases de données, la sécurité informatique, les postes de travail et périphériques (ordinateurs, imprimantes, téléphones, etc.), ainsi que le support technique pour les utilisateurs finaux. Le département assure également la mise en œuvre et la gestion des services cloud et des logiciels d'entreprise.

    Vous rejoindrez les équipes « Hosting & Operations » responsables de la gestion et du soutien de l'infrastructure IT qui héberge les applications et services de l'entreprise. Cela comprend l'infrastructure physique (serveurs, stockage, réseau, ...) et logicielle (systèmes d'exploitation, bases de données, logiciels de middleware, ...).

    Ce département est divisé en 5 pôles :

  • IT Service Management : responsable de la supervision et de la coordination des services informatiques de l'entreprise, y compris la gestion des incidents, le contrôle des changements, la gestion des problèmes ;
  • Operations Engineering & Cloud Services : en charge de l'orchestration des intégrations inter-applicatif et de fournir des services on cloud ;
  • Systems Engineering : responsable de la mise en œuvre et de la maintenance des systèmes complexes de l'entreprise (infrastructure, serveurs, bases de données, ...) ;
  • Site Reliability Engineering : responsable de garantir la disponibilité, la fiabilité et la performance des services et des systèmes de l'entreprise ;
  • Network Operations : responsable de l'implémentation et du support des réseaux de l'entreprise, comprenant la configuration des équipements et la résolution des problèmes complexes de connectivité.

    • Vous interviendrez au sein du pôle Network Operations , sur le réseau de Campus à Marne La Vallée, qui compte plus de 1 500 équipements (gateways, routeurs, switches, access point, ISE, ...) répartis sur nos sites (parcs, coulisses, bâtiments administratifs, ...).

    ***Vos missions ?

    En tant que Lead Network Operations, vous serez responsable de la coordination et de la supervision de l'équipe des opérations réseau (support et mise en œuvre), tout en participant directement aux activités de support. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes d'architecture technique, assurant ainsi une coordination optimale.

    Vos principales missions consistent notamment à :

  • Piloter les activités de l'équipe Network (2 ingénieurs et 2 administrateurs), y compris la gestion de la sous-traitance (jusqu'à 5 prestataires) ;
  • Veiller à l'application rigoureuse des normes et consignes d'architecture du groupe Disney ;
  • Développer et mettre en œuvre des procédures de support robustes ;
  • Assurer la conformité constante avec les niveaux de service attendus, en matière de disponibilité, de performance, de conformité et de sécurité ;
  • Coordonner efficacement le management du changement, ainsi que la résolution d'incidents et de problèmes ;
  • Garantir la mise à jour régulière de la documentation technique ;
  • Gérer les besoins de Disneyland Paris en matière d'interconnexion avec l'ensemble du groupe et les partenaires tiers ;
  • Piloter les contrats de services et de prestations (Wifi visiteurs ; Wifi hôtels ; network niveau 1) ;
  • Travailler en collaboration avec les équipes corporate dans un esprit d'amélioration continue des pratiques et des services.

  • Être titulaire du permis B (possibilité de conduire des véhicules de service).

    • ***Vos atouts pour réussir ?

    Vous êtes notre candidat-e idéal-e pour ce poste si :

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau supérieur dans le domaine de l'informatique et avez acquis une expérience de 4 ans minimum en tant qu'ingénieur réseau, dont 2 ans dans un rôle d'encadrement d'équipe ;
  • Vous avez travaillé avec les commutateurs et routeurs Cisco (support niveau 2 et 3) , maîtrisez un système IPAM et les protocoles réseau ;
  • Vous avez piloté des contrats de prestation (gestion des SLA, MOE, ...) ;
  • Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais à l'écrit comme à l'oral (niveau C2), pour une utilisation quotidienne, y compris pour animer des meetings.

  • Une maîtrise de l'architecture réseau LAN et WAN ;
  • Une maîtrise de la sécurité réseau ;
  • Une maîtrise de l'Ethernet sur tous les médias (fibre optique, cuivre, radio, DSL) ;
  • Une maîtrise en administration, supervision de réseau et analyse des protocoles ;
  • La connaissance des firewalls Palo Alto et CheckPoint ;
  • Une expérience sur des contrôleurs et Access Point WiFi Cisco ;
  • Une maîtrise des pratiques ITIL.

    Disneyland Paris' 500 professions are supported by three main IT departments dedicated to applications used by our visitors (e-commerce site, mobile application, etc.), "on site" applications (management of attractions, hotels, restaurants, stores, etc.) and applications dedicated to our cast members.

    These three IT departments are supported by a transverse IT department, Technology Production & Engineering .

    Within this department, the IT Infrastructures and Services department is responsible for the design, implementation, management and continuous improvement of all the company's technological infrastructures. This includes the corporate network (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi), servers (physical and virtual), data storage, databases, IT security, workstations and peripherals (computers, printers, telephones, etc.), as well as technical support for end-users. The department also implements and manages cloud services and enterprise software.

    You will join the Hosting & Operations teams responsible for managing and supporting the IT infrastructure that hosts the company's applications and services. This includes physical infrastructure (servers, storage, network, etc.) and software (operating systems, databases, middleware, etc.).

    This department is divided into 5 teams:

  • IT Service Management: responsible for supervising and coordinating the company's IT services, including incident management, change control and problem management;
  • Operations Engineering & Cloud Services: in charge of orchestrating inter-application integrations and providing on-cloud services;
  • Systems Engineering: responsible for implementing and maintaining the company's complex systems (infrastructure, servers, databases, etc.);
  • Site Reliability Engineering: responsible for guaranteeing the availability, reliability and performance of the company's services and systems;
  • Network Operations: responsible for implementing and supporting the company's networks, including configuring equipment and resolving complex connectivity problems.

    • You will work in the Network Operations team , on the Campus network at Marne La Vallée (France), which includes over 1,500 items of equipment (gateways, routers, switches, access points, ISE, etc.) spread across our sites (parks, backstage areas, administrative buildings, etc.).

    ***Your missions?

    As Lead Network Operations, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the network operations team (support and implementation), while also participating directly in support activities. You will work closely with the technical architecture teams, ensuring optimal coordination.

    Your main responsibilities consist of:

  • Manage the activities of the Network team (2 engineers and 2 administrators), including the management of subcontractors (up to 5 service providers);
  • Ensure rigorous application of Disney Group architecture standards and guidelines;
  • Develop and implement robust support procedures;
  • Ensure constant compliance with expected service levels, in terms of availability, performance, compliance and security;
  • Effectively coordinate change management, incident and problem resolution;
  • Ensure regular updating of technical documentation;
  • Manage Disneyland Paris' interconnection needs with the whole group and third-party partners;
  • Manage service contracts (Wifi Guest; Wifi Hotels; Network Level 1);
  • Work in collaboration with corporate teams in a spirit of continuous improvement of practices and services.

    You are our ideal candidate for this position if:

  • You are graduated in IT and have acquired at least 4 years' experience as a network engineer, including 2 years in a team management role ;
  • You've worked with Cisco switches and routers (level 2 and 3 support), and are familiar with an IPAM system and network protocols;
  • You have managed service contracts (SLA management, project management, etc.);
  • You are fluent in written and spoken French and English (C2 level), for everyday use, including leading meetings.

  • Mastery of LAN and WAN network architecture;
  • Mastery of network security;
  • Mastery of Ethernet on all media (fiber optics, copper, radio, DSL);
  • Proficiency in network administration, supervision and protocol analysis;
  • Knowledge of Palo Alto and CheckPoint firewalls;
  • Experience with Cisco WiFi controllers and Access Points;
  • Mastery of ITIL practices.
