    VOTRE RÔLE

    Après une formation personnalisée, vous êtes intégré(e) au département Coordination des ventes, rattaché(e) à la Direction des Ventes de la branche Colles et Adhésifs d'Henkel France (Rubson, Loctite SuperGlue-3, Pattex, Metylan...).
    Vous serez amené(e) à travailler sur :

    • Le Traitement statistiques ventes et reventes :
      • Suivi de la volumétrie / relance interne - externe
      • Extraction et bonne réception des données / check conformité des données
      • Suivi évolutions données internes (clients) / gestion going des changements induits
      • Recherche d'automatisation et sécurisation des tâches
      • Optimisation de toute la chaîne datas statistiques
    • L'Interface avec prestataires extérieurs IT :
      • Suivi et gestion datas avec fournisseur Statigest / suivi des prestations / évolutions
      • Suivi et gestion datas avec fournisseur East Picky / suivi des prestations / évolutions
    • Le développement d'outils internes et projets :
      • Participation à l'extension de nouveaux outils (Portail Vente sharepoint...)
      • Développement de l'usage Power BI / formation à organiser
      • Amélioration des rapports existants / créations ad'hoc / règles de gestion
      • Développement et mise en place de nouvelle fonctionnalité sur le CRM

    VOS COMPETENCES

    • Vous êtes étudiant(e) Niveau Bac +2 d'une formation Informatique avec gestion des bases de données (IUT/ DUT/Université)
    • Vous êtes à l'aise avec l'informatique, les chiffres et les bases de données
    • Pragmatique et dynamique avec un bon relationnel, vous êtes doté(e) d'une grande rigueur
    • Maîtrise du pack office et attrait pour les systèmes d'information / base de données / programmation
