DHL SUPPLY CHAIN France (2000 employees), leader in logistics, is recruiting an IT Solution Manager to support our customers and our operations in their development.

Our IT department offers global solutions to run our logistics and transport operations.

As IT Solution Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing these solutions, not only for the WMS perimeter, but also for all the solutions in our IT strategy.

Your immediate responsibilities on hiring

Analyze functional requirements by leading workshops & writing functional specifications

Design the technical solution, maintaining the right balance between operational needs and IT requirements: design the chosen parameters, specify interfaces, specify specific developments.

Present and obtain approval for projects from operational contacts and end customers

Coordinate the project's technical contacts in France and within the Group in Europe to guarantee deliverables within the precepts of quality/cost/timeframe.

Configure, test, document & implement the solution
Train users, accompany UATs & support operations in the Go-live & Hypercare phases
Design & actively contribute to solution improvement as part of our standardization agenda
Promote & support digital transformation by simplifying the use of our tools

The position will report to the IT Projects Director for France.

As part of a team on a human scale, you will work in an international and collaborative environment. With good communication and popularization skills, you enjoy being the link between customers, operations and the IT department.

Trained as an IT engineer or equivalent with experience, you have the following assets:
Initial experience of WMS implementation.
Good command of warehouse logistics processes
Mastery of SQL
General understanding of integration flows (EDI/API).
Agile certification is a plus.
