Moët Hennessy is LVMH's wines and spirits arm, global leader in the luxury wines & spirits sector, and recognized internationally for his exceptional and exclusive brands.

The Learning and Development is a newly created team within the HR Division, with the aim to transform Moet Hennessy into a Learning organisation, from cultural, strategic and operational perspectives

As part of its ambition the team is looking for an intern, passionate about learning, who wants to make a difference and contribute to building the Future of Learning at Moët Hennessy

As part of our Mission, we want to create an empowering learning enviroment, where the team can explore growth pathways through seamless learning journeys and experiences, supported by collective knowledge, peer to peer learning and communities.


As part of your missions, you will:

  • Work closely with the Global Learning & Development team to roll out the newly defined MH Learning strategy and ensure consistency of vision and roll out at global and local level.
Among the key initiatives to play a critical role in:


  • Launch of a new Learning platform, including drafting of the communication and engagement strategy
  • Roll out of a Learning program for the L&D professionals
  • Animation and engagement of the Learning & Development community, incl. design communication plan for L&D initiatives, and evangelization of best practices

In addition, contribute on:

  • Creation of the yearly learning calendar strategy and planning
  • Creation of Learning analytics and data reporting with a focus on how to leverage them to drive actions
  • Preparation of the live L&D workshops
  • Provide any additional support and coordination as required

Profile:


Education & experience:


  • College Education in Business/ Social Sciences/ HR or relevant with demonstrated passion for Learning & Development

Languages:


  • Master of English language with proven copywriting & written communication skills

Personal & interpersonal skills:


  • Emphatic, team player and eager to work with an international and diverse learning community
  • Design thinking and problemsolving skills
  • Entrepreneurial, and cando attitude
  • Resultoriented: ability to work quickly from concept creation to finished product
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
  • Digital and tech savviness, and experience in working with learning technology would be a BIG plus
  • Excellent power point and excel skills

Additional information:

Internship based at Paris 7e.
