Candia appartient au groupe Sodiaal, qui rassemble une communauté de éleveurs et de 9 000 collaborateurs. 1ère coopérative laitière française, Sodiaal collecte et valorise le lait de ses éleveurs sur l'ensemble de ses 60 sites de transformation en France.Description du poste : Assistant Ingénieur Recherche & développement Thème de l'alternance : - Continuer un plan d'expérience process produits initié - Identifier les paramètres process clefs à étudier - Alimenter la matrice de suivi au cours du temps des produits - Qualification et suivi des produits fabriqués selon les différents paramètres process Objectifs pratiques / attentes : - Piloter la méthodologie mise en place + la faire évoluer / plan d'expérience sur nos matrices laitières - Réaliser des essais comparatifs produits et suivi dans le temps - Identifier le process idéal selon les recettes - Comparaison des vieillissements connus pour constitution d'une base de données Objectifs scientifiques : - Acquérir une démarche rigoureuse pour qualifier/améliorer nos process dans le but d'atteindre des DDM optimales - Améliorer nos connaissances process et les facteurs influençant la stabilité de nos produits Méthodologie : - Bibliographie à réaliser sur les paramètres process et les facteurs influençant la stabilité - Mise en ?uvre à l'échelle pilote (demande d'essai, compte-rendu) - Suivi analytique des essais ; test d'analyse sensorielle si nécessaire Des déplacements sont à prévoir.
Profil : De Formation Bac + 4/5 en école d ingénieur Agri / Agro - Sciences et technologie des Aliments, vous avez idéalement une expérience (stage) en R&D/ laboratoire. Vous avez des connaissances en formulation ainsi qu'en analyse sensorielle, idéalement dans les produits laitiers. Vous avez un fort intérêt pour le process de fabrication. Dynamique, vous avez un fort esprit d'équipe, de synthèse qui vous permet de faire avancer des projets. - Enthousiasme pour travailler dans un laboratoire et un pilote - Cré, passionné(e) par la science des aliments, les nouvelles technologies et l'innovation. - Reconnu.e pour vos capacités à travailler en autonomie et en équipe. - Vous appréciez le contact avec le terrain et possédez une bonne capacité d'analyse.
