Role and Responsibilities**- Be the strategic leader for the company's product marketing and lifecycle management.

  • Collaborate with Executive and Development teams on organizational priorities and execution.
  • Work closely with the business, R&D and Development on ideation to build the product roadmap.
  • Manage the creation and presentation of new feature/product business cases.
  • Manage the transition of test market products to full commercialization.
  • Prioritize and drive ontime delivery of SaaS and device products in coordination with commercial objectives.
  • Lead a team.
  • Own the gotomarket process and ensure successful product releases and launches.
  • Cross functional leadership in a matrixed organization to support or drive initiatives, manage projects, harvest customer needs and discover optimization opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, ambassadors, customers and internal regional commercial teams for ongoing feedback and communication.
  • Design methods and manage deployment for gathering market input on UX, productmarketfit, competitive intelligence, pricing and innovation.
  • Present ideas, initiatives, new product training and performance reports to executives, developers, customers, team members and shareholders.
  • Design and build technical processes to address business needs.
  • Lead structured communication with marketing and regional leaders on product launches, new developments and competitive intel.
  • Be the product expert serving internal and external customers.
  • Liase with RA/QA/CA on instructions, marketing materials, compliance, processes and audits.
  • Create and manage quality controls and departmental standards to ensure quality, organizational expectations, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Anticipate future demands of initiatives related to technology, people, budget and business within the department and design/implement solutions to meet these needs.
  • Effectively manage the department's annual budget.
Information security

  • Be aware of their own responsibility regarding information security
  • Perform their work according to the applicable policies and procedures
  • Contribute actively to the continuous improvement of our ISMS
  • Report any observed or suspected weaknesses in our ISMS and any information security incident
  • Promote awareness regarding information security in the team
  • Monitor the applicable key indicators of the ISMS

Essential Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience leading global product management in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience managing priorities from various stakeholders.
  • Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities
  • Ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, execution and delegation skills.
  • Experience using analytics techniques to gain market insights and product performance.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful product roll outs and launches
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field

Qualifications

  • Experience in orthodontics/dental
  • Experience in healthcare
  • Working in a matrixed, global organization
  • Advanced degree
