Quelles sont les missions ?
KARPOS RH recrute pour son client, PME familiale spécialisée dans la conception et la production de textile technique. Pour accompagner sa croissance, nous recrutons un(e) Ingénieur(e) R&D qui interviendra sur la mise au point de nouvelles membranes fonctionnelle. Rattaché(e) au service R&D composé de 4 collaborateurs, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :
Répondre à des appels d'offres et à la réglementation concernant les certifications avec l'aide des différents services (normes textiles),
Sourcer, évaluer les fournisseurs et être responsable de l'achat des matières premières,
Imaginer et concevoir de nouveaux matériaux hybrides (membranes à application industrielle hydrophilique, hydroporeuse, PUT, PU) en réalisant des études en laboratoire (qualification de matières premières, tests produits, procédés d'industrialisation),
Intervenir sur toutes les étapes de production (ourdissage, encollage, tissage, tricotage) sur les différents sites industriels,
Travailler sur des procédés du type electrospinning ou meltblowing,
Participer à des audits qualité (Normes ISO 9001),
Assurer une veille technologique et participer à des salons,
Animer les projets R&D en cours.
Quel est le profil idéal ?
De formation école d'ingénieur (type ingénieur matériaux), vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie de minimum 4 ans sur un poste similaire dans un milieu industriel, idéalement dans le secteur du textile ou sur un marché similaire mais cela n'est pas impératif.
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre esprit d'analyse et votre curiosité permettant ainsi de développer des idées novatrices.
Vous faites preuve d'organisation, de rigueur et êtes impliqué(e) dans votre travail. Vous disposez d'un bon relationnel afin de communiquer avec les services en interne et les clients en externe.
Vous maitrisez l'anglais tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.
Enfin, vous voulez vous engager durablement et avez envie de construire une nouvelle étape significative dans votre parcours professionnel.
