THE ROLE:

Standardize the procedures and rules for the management of the Group's hazardous products, to support the ongoing digitalization.

The objective is to increase productivity while guaranteeing security, simplifying the management of dangerous bookings at DCO and line level.

To reach the objective, we are expecting you to guide change management in fluid transition.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


analyze and simplify the existing processes:
Work with the Line Transformation teams to formalize the processes and disseminate them to the whole Group permitting better operational efficiency
Conduct a quantitative and qualitative analysis of Dangerous bookings within the Group to identify issues (process, technical)
Leading workshops with the various players in videoconference mode, Teams, Wechat showing skill in a transversal approach.


participate in the new development of tools:
Write and test functional specifications through user-stories
Collaborate in the validation of deliverable functionalities at the different phases of the projects.


PROFILE & COMPETENCIES:

Master's degree
5 years in shipping, in operational environment, including analysis of the flows
IT and project management
Mastery of the Office package, in particular Excel
Good interpersonal skills
Pedagogue
Autonomous
