As part of the Digital Retail & CRM department in the Europe, Middle-East & Africa zone, you will be in charge of e-retail performance and e-merchandising.

In this context, you will be working closely with countries e-commerce teams as well as Central e-commerce teams at the International Head-office of Louis Vuitton.

In this sense, your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

  • E-commerce Performance Management
  • Definition of ecommerce sales objectives and strategy across countries, categories & channels
  • Work with Planning and Central team to define revenue best estimate and pilot performance
  • Daily monitoring and analysis of KPIs: Sales, traffic, bestsellers, stock levels, conversion rate, revenue, average basket size across our different sites
  • Daily monitoring and optimization of emerchandising to maintain a consistently appealing site
  • Participate in biweekly Digital Committee with EMEA Comex
  • E-Merchandising of Websites & LV App with a team of eMerchandisers, specialized by gender and product categories
  • Oversee the launch of new products & collections, in collaboration with the webmaster production team for the offer publication
  • Participate in Quarterly Buying sessions to define the EMEA eretail strategy for the upcoming collections and products launches (key bets, exclusivity, prelaunch, etc.)
  • Online Customer Experience Optimization & Projects
  • Website audit, competition review and performance analysis to identify zone needs in terms of online functionalities, taxonomy and UX display
  • Feedback to Central Project teams on zone needs, follow up on the priorities and delivery timings
  • Manage implementation of AB Tests about Products discovery and future new back office tools

PROFIL
To be successful in this role, you will hold a combination of the following skills and attitudes:

  • 8 years+ experience in E-commerce or Business manager in Luxury/Fashion/Retail
  • Excellent teamwork, collaboration and communication skills to work in collaboration with numerous and various teams locally, regionally and centrally
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data to inform decisions and evaluate strategic approaches based on set KPIs
  • Strong communicator with the ability to present to senior stakeholders and build relationships with ease
  • Fluent English compulsory

Working relationships:

  • Role reporting to the EMEA Digital Retail & CRM Director
  • Management of a Team of 6 people: 3 permanent contracts & 3 junior positions (apprenticeship and internship)
  • Transversal animation of the Digital community (9 regions in EMEA)
  • Key interactions with Retail, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Digital, Clients, Store Planning, Finance and IT teams
