- Receive equipment from suppliers and customers.
- Dismantling of equipment to be appraised.
- After dismantling, draw up list of defective parts to be ordered.
- After customer order and receipt of necessary PDRs, sandblasting and machining of retained parts, preparation for reassembly and reassembly according to instructions.
- Inventory management via ERP
- Air-tightness tests
- Palletizing and dispatch
- Responsible for tidying up, keeping the workshop clean and 1st level maintenance of equipment.
- Participate in safety, quality and operational initiatives, and comply with company objectives and policies.
- Intervention on customer sites for commissioning or troubleshooting.
- HS Diploma/GED
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Dismantling, cleaning and reassembly of equipment experience
- Ability to use of control equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment and tools
- Experience in reading and interpret technical drawings and sketches relating to area of expertise.
- Experience with forklift trucks and lifting equipment.
