Job Description:

The role is within the Creative Studio of Accor.

Functioning as the Group's Creative Department, we lead strategic and creative projects for Accor, its Brands and hotels (Advertising, Visual Identity, Brand Image, Communication Design, Activation and more).

The Junior Account Manager will assist in campaign research, project management and implementation, performance tracking and reporting. Alongside involvement in studio and industry activities.


KEY TASKS
From Marketing briefings through to follow-up and delivery of global 360 communication campaigns:

  • Develop and manage effective communication with internal stakeholders to ensure that requirements are identified, assessed, and appropriately integrated into the project plan
  • Understand scope of work and project specifications to determine appropriate plan of action till delivery; definition of scope, timelines, resource needs, budget, and deliverables
  • Benchmarking and competitive research to support Strategy and Creative teams through the presentation of case studies and bestinclass work
  • Craft creative briefs, conduct briefing and feedback sessions with internal Creative and Production teams
  • Track project progress and communicate status to internal stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Regular campaign progress reporting, including 'postmortem' impact and learnings reporting
  • Dissect Social and Media publishing plans and work closely with Creative team to deliver hyperlocal content to central and hub Marketing teams
  • Create and maintain good working relationships and team effectiveness with Marketing and internal teams
  • Support and drive internal and external Creative and Production teams to ensure efficient, consistent and qualitative delivery
  • Own knowledge management and file storage and sharing for respective projects
  • Have a sense of attention to detail to ensure high quality of projects
  • Support the Account team for Marketing and Loyalty projects across the Group, with the ability to flex and manage multiple projects in tandem

Qualifications:

Professional experience: 1+ year in communication (Internship included)

Language skills:
English (mandatory), French (bonus)

Technical skills:
Microsoft Office Pack + Mac Creative Suite

CONTRACT
Internship contract (6 months) - A mandatory Convention de Stage from your University
