    NewAlpha Asset Management is an asset management company specialized inthe design, analysis and implementation of innovative and personalizedinvestment solutions on behalf of leading institutional investors. A subsidiaryof the La Française Group, NewAlpha Asset Management is a human-sizedstructure, made up of recognized experts in their fields.

    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

    Working in close collaboration with Senior Fund Analysts supporting Sourcingand Investment Due Diligence of new Funds and strategies:

    · Thisprocess includes establishing and maintaining relationships to fund managers,the initial screening of investment managers; participating in meetings withthe managers;

    · Quantitativeperformance analysis, constitution of peer groups,

    · Maintenanceof databases, improvement of existing analytics tools.

    · Preparingthe groundwork for investment due diligence reports and related writtenresearch.

    · Ongoingmonitoring of funds in watchlist/buylist.

    · Assistin the production of strategy forecasting for assigned strategies within longonly equity, private credit or hedge funds,.

    · Assistin the production and maintenance of asset class/industry research outliningthe key attributes, trends and drivers of a given strategy.

    Profile

    PROFILE

    · Engineer/ Business Major with a Finance / Financial Engineering specialty

    · Goodanalytical & communication skills (verbal and written)

    · Self-Starter

    · Passionateabout investing and good knowledge of financial markets; already an internshipexperience in market finance

    · Teamspirit and initiative in an entrepreneurial structure (25 people in Paris)

    · Althoughnot a pre-requirement, preference will be for quantitatively astute candidatesprogramming (R, Matlab, MySQL ...)

    · Fluentin English (written and spoken), working proficiency in French is a plus.

    · Compulsory internship agreement
