Job Description SUSTAINABLE PROCUREMENT REFERENT**Reporting to Group Procurement Director

Main objectives:

Implements the sustainable procurement policy and supplier CSR assessment procedure
Initiate and update supplier CSR risk mapping by category
Support procurement teams to assess their suppliers on CSR and to elaborate action plans to mitigate high risk
Ensure KPI reporting on sustainable procurement
Ensure a constant monitoring on regulations and norms.

Major areas of accountability:

As Sustainable procurement manager you are a strategic Business Partner delivering a competitive advantage and sustainable value to all the Europcar Mobility Group spend.

Your role is key within Europcar to be compliant with duty of care.

You are responsible for implementing the sustainable procurement program.

Communicate and train buyers on CSR procurement processes.
Run CSR assessment and reassessment campaigns to evaluate Europcar strategic and critical suppliers.
Ensure that the CSR rating is properly updated within the assessment tool.

Run CSR manual due diligence for medium-risk and high-risk rated suppliers.

Communicate his/her recommendation (Go, Go + action plan + No Go) to the Procurement team and the Business
Function as the conclusion of this manual due diligence.
Support buyers in elaborating action plans with suppliers and in checking the implementation in the agreed planning.
Support buyers in integrating CSR criteria in RFP and negotiations.
Monitor the reporting on sustainable procurement KPIs.
Act as the main contact for CSR assessment platforms (contract implementation, evolution of technical specifications)
Ensure a regulatory watch.

External : Suppliers, CSR assessment platforms

Qualifications Previous experience**:
A professional with minimum of 2 years working experience as a Purchaser / Buyer (preferably Indirect Spend) in an
