For this 6 months internship as a Talent Sourcing Intern, you will play a pivotal role in helping us identify and engage with the brightest minds & creating the foundation for our success.

What you embody

Preparing a Master Degree Master in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Passionate & motivated individual looking for kickstart your career in Recruitment.
Impact & ROI oriented on your way of working and on the way your federate people
Team player and comfortable working with others
Strong analytic mindset: you project the result, you build the path
Business sense, autonomous, good communication and highly energetic
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in French & English
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
Organized, detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or GG suite.
First HR experience is a plus
