Your mission will have 2 main objectives: Lead the monthly channel financial processes in collaboration with Finance FP&A; & be a key Commercial Business partner with a Customer team.

Main responsibilities

Business partnering:

you will lead strong business partnering with the commercial team, challenging decisions and performance management for a portfolio of key customers in their Day to Day business and negotiation periods.

You will be in position to challenge each part of the P&L, support projects as needed and participate in efficient cash management.

Pricing & strategy, you will be in charge of- Managing and monitoring Pricing corridor strategy within the Customers in collaboration with Finance, RGM & Commercial Teams.

Participating in the tariff strategy & construction in collaboration with RGM team
Be the primary the business partner of the RGM Promo team leading analysis & management of promotion strategy and decision making to maximize ROI
Be the key point of reference for providing insights on Brand / Pack with the Commercial Development and RGM team to improve FDM
Bac+5 or master's degree in finance or business management
You have at least 8 years of experience in Finance ideally including commercial finance experience on FMCG.
In this context, you have demonstrated your abilities of analysis, synthesis, teamwork and your autonomy.
Rigorous, you are insightful and recognized for your capacity to challenge and convince your stakeholders while accompanying the business.
You have a good command of the fundamentals of accounting as well as information systems (Excel, SAP).

Excellent interpersonal skills and team player
Knowledge of French and English is essential for the role.
